HMR produces, distributes and sells its own prepared dishes that stand out for being prepared using traditional recipes, using 100% natural ingredients and recognized for their high quality by consumers. The dishes are prepared in the central kitchens owned by the Company in Sant Vicenç de Castellet (Barcelona), from where they are distributed daily to all its restaurants. The sale of these products is carried out through a network of establishments, (in September 2017 HMR has 133 establishments out of which 118 are franchisees) which operate under the Nostrum brand. HMR’s business model is based on a opening system of franchises, multi-franchises and master franchises. In 2016, HMR signed 5 Master Franchise contracts in France, which will involve the opening of 250 new restaurants in the next 5 years. In 2017, the Company has signed a Master Franchise agreement in Switzerland.
